Datafold Subprocessor List

Datafold uses the Subprocessors below to process customer personal data on its behalf, and the Model Providers below to serve AI Features under Datafold's own agreements. Not every entry is used for every customer: it depends on the customer's Deployment Model (SaaS, Single Tenant Datafold-hosted or Single Tenant Customer-hosted), its compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, and its hosting location. Processing locations are as each vendor documents them; Datafold states no default region.

AI model providers
Datafold selects one or more of these providers for AI Features unless the customer has elected a model endpoint under its own provider agreement, which is not a Subprocessor. They process Inputs and Outputs under their own terms, linked here and subject to change. A customer's administrators can turn AI Features off, except where a Statement of Work relies on them.

As Datafold continues to grow, we may decide to work with new Subprocessors and Model Providers. We give notice by updating this page, as your agreement with Datafold provides.
